Why partners join

Not more traffic. Better renters.

A conversational discovery layer on top of what you already run — one that only sends renters your inventory actually fits.

Intent

The whole situation, not filters

One brief carries dates, budget, policies, household and priorities — signals a filter form never sees.

Fit

Your listings win on merit

Recommendations are ranked by match quality against the attributes you provide.

Handoff

You keep the relationship

Availability, screening, booking — and the tenant — never leave your platform.

What the renter writes

“We’re relocating with a cat, need Anmeldung, and can live with less space if the commute stays under 35 minutes.”

The distribution flow

From brief to your booking page

Not a chatbot. Not another portal. A new door into the inventory you already publish.

  1. The renter writes the brief

Dates, budget, household, commute, Anmeldung, pets and priorities — in natural language.

  2. Must-haves stay hard

Preferences shape the ranking. Hard constraints are never quietly dropped.

  3. Your inventory is matched

Listings are scored on the attributes you provide. Missing fields are marked, not invented.

  4. The fit is explained

The renter sees why it ranks, what the trade-off is, and what still needs confirming with you.

  5. The renter opens your page

Qualified interest lands on your original listing — tracked and attributed the way we agree.

Ranking principle

Fit first. Data quality makes it stronger.

What raises match confidence

  • Live availability and stay windows
  • Warm rent, fees and deposit
  • Anmeldung, pets, tenant eligibility
  • An accurate listing URL
  • Amenities and location context

What we mark as unknown

  • Missing policy fields
  • Stale or ambiguous availability
  • Unclear total cost components
  • Weak fit on a hard requirement
  • Trade-offs the renter should see

No paid position above a better fit. Better structured data improves matching quality — it does not buy rank.

Integration

Connect what you already export

We do the mapping. Your side of a pilot is one call and a sample — engineering effort stays close to zero.

API JSON feed XML feed CSV feed Public API (agreed) Site parse (agreed)
  1. Pick the connection path

An existing feed or API first; another agreed source when that keeps the pilot practical.

  2. Map and validate key fields

We review a representative sample for availability, pricing, policies and URLs.

  3. Agree attribution

Whatever fits your stack — the exact mix is defined with your team.

Partner FAQ

Straight answers before the first call

Anything still open, we’ll answer directly once you apply.

Do you take the booking?

No. Discovery and comparison happen on FlatHunt. Availability confirmation, screening, applications and booking stay on your platform.

How is ranking decided?

By fit to the renter’s stated must-haves and preferences. Data completeness affects confidence. A position above a better-fitting listing is not sold.

How do we connect inventory?

API, JSON, XML or CSV. For a pilot we can also work from your public API or website by mutual agreement, so your team doesn’t have to build a feed first.

How is performance attributed?

UTM parameters, partner or source IDs, click IDs, your existing affiliate tracking, or periodic lead and booking reconciliation — agreed per partner.

What does our team actually do?

Agree a connection path, sign a short marketing agreement, validate a sample of mapped listings, and align on tracking. Day-to-day operations continue as usual.
